A short but very dramatic walk along the footpath called the "Sentier des Ocres", the site of the former ochre quarries of Roussillon. This short walk (total 1.4km for the longer loop) is a must-do when you are in Roussillon. The Luberon Ochre Hills were mined and developed in the 20th century and this former quarry now forms a protected.
